I find it hard to believe they were gluing the windshield down. It's too simple to at least counter sink holes and screw it down. I can't see how that windshield would stay on without side wings. Maybe that was just for the Show because the boat wasn't ready or they ship them without the windshield. Well, it's not a Tige anyway. Glue isn't really the right word on the MC. It's an epoxy. One of them that they use is called, I think, Plexus and it sets up like fiberglass resin and is very strong.

This is a guy getting ready to drop the stringers into a Mastercraft...yes glued in.

The point to the story. When using Glue and Epoxies you have to get things into place and tightened them down into place quickly so you don't loose that adhesion capability and have bad effects years later.www.automarinecare.com CWB, ACME, FlyHigh, Merc Marine, PCM, Marine-power, WETSOUNDS, HSE Volume Controls, Kicker, Sony, Samson Sports, and many other marine parts or accessory's.

The reason for this is when the people assembling the floor put down the glue they did not screw the boards down right away. They went to the next board and then did the whole group at once. What the cheap laborers did not know was that the glue has a very short set up or adhesion time. So the glue did not adhere properly. Just about three years later as the framing is starting to dry out and things are settling now the floor is making noises I do not like.

Overall, looks like a nice design and would be nice to see Tige try to reduce the Z1's price to compete.

"And, um"
Yep, with that kind of pitch video, it screams "family, budget minded" boat. Put a couple of 9's in his waste band, ad some beat, and it's a Hip-Hop Rap video Really turns me off, just like the MC image.Mikes Liquid Audio: Knowledge Experience Customer Service you can trust-KICKER WetSounds ACME props FlyHigh Custom Ballast Clarion LiquidLumens LEDs Roswell Wave Deflector And More

I dont think theyre targeting families that much. Maybe families that focus on their kids skills at wakeboarding. Most of it I belive is targeted at younger riders 20-30 that dont have the money for a $60-70,000 boat but might would be able to get into that. I really bet they put some time into making that put out a good wake. With all that ballast you dont need that wedge.WAKE ZONE
