Freeze Protection Swirch?

Hey everyone, Happy Holidays!
I think I saw this in a post somewhere but cant remember. Does anyone know of a switch that could be used in an electrical cord that turns on at a selected or preset temerature? I may use the lightbulb in the bilge trick because I am still using my boat and will be out Christmas weekend. I know here in 'Vegas the temps do get below freezing but dont want to winterize.
