    Tall,
about two months ago my dentists traded his tige in and got an x45. Its either used or demo with low hrs. He got it in Henderson and is very happy with it and it is also red, however, I do not know the exat color combos. If you are out at lake mead by overtons you will probably see his boat.

I drove a new 09 X45 on Thursday while visiting the MC plant in TN, I was very impressed, it drove and handled much like a boat 4 or 5 feet shorter, it was nice. I hear that the surf wakes are narley on the 45 & new 55. I'm sure it will work out well for you.

      "Congrats!"
Thanks to all for the kind words. They offered me a trip to TN for a factory tour and then 'special' pricing on a new boat. I didn't want to go to all that trouble when I was sure that new boat 'special' pricing was still going to be too much. How was the tour, and how was the special pricing?

I noticed you are a dirt biker also. Just got into the sport and love it. I got myself a Yamaha WR450. You will have to give me some beta on good riding in your area.

Again, congrats on the boat. I'm zedaCCguy.

I have thought a bit about handling and it's not like I am trying to navigate the thing through the Walmart parking lot. Handling is probably overrated to me. Maybe I will feel differently after next season is over and I can't even get out of the marina without crashing into someone or something.

The desert right outside my driveway is some of the greatest dirt bike riding around. Just remember when it is murky and that inversion has taken over in Salt Lake, the skies are blue and 60 degrees down here. Come for a ride.
      Be excellent to one another.

Tall, If I'm not mistaken, you were the tallest tige owner. Who does that honor go to now?

          Probably G-money at 6'8".

I think Dogbert is not far behind also, if I remember right.

My brother in law got x45 last spring. Get ready to add some weight to that monster to get a good surf wake. I think we put somehthing close to 2500 plus 4 adults and 5 kids oldest being 9.

I am toying how to plumb the surf sac already. Unfortunately, I just might have to switch to the dark side as that they put the batteries right in front of the port side storage. So there is a limit to what I can put in the rear storage hatch.

Does your bro in law have the 8.1? I think that adds a little extra ballast.

Well we need pictures to give you some help with this. FlyHigh builds the factory sacs for Mastercraft so I am sure they have that all worked out. But I am sure there is some sort of custom thing you can do.

He has the 6.0 caddy. we put 2-740's in the port locker. 4 or 600 in the center locker. a 400 on the floor in the rear.
I also thought it was odd to put the bat's where they are located also. Do you have the closed loop cooling, like a car? My Bro's does and let me tell you if you get air in to the system it is a pain to get it out.

I'm 6'7"...a mere midget compared to these two giants (although I might have them on weight).

Medical School was easier to get into than the NBA...so here I am. I could have went to Europe, but at my skill level it would not have been big money. I got married early in college, so it seemed to make sense just to hang up the sneakers and go to school as long as possible.

I still hold a basketball record at the University of Utah. Since 1992-93. I'll give a free pull on my boat to whoever figures out what record it is. I will say it is not the most fouls or most turnovers (I knew that was coming).
