I went to go pick up my new 2009 CWB trancend today from SPBFAN. Of course I dident want to look at it all winter so off to the lake we went......

Nice pics......you northerners are nutz. :-) Water is 63 here and our season is over....Admittedly us Florida guys are wimps , heck most of my friends have heaters. Not gonna mention any names.......mntsmith.....

Jason yes that is California for you. My allergies are so bad I have to pay a gardener to keep up the yard. If I ask the kids to do it well it may never get done.

It was all fun and if feels so good to actaully be noticing the progress as I learn to board. I used to make it so hard cause I did not know what I was doing (as if I know now right) NOT. I still have a ton to learn and I don't ever expect to go Wake 2 Wake but if I do some day great.

G-Money is a lot of fun to hang out with and is a pretty good rider. He gave myself and the other rider some good tips to help us out. It is always nice to get advise from the boat they tend to see what you are doing wrong from the boat a lot better than you can feel or see from on top of the board.

Yesterday the boat was put away for the one winter month a year. Next time out on the water and de-winterization of the boat will be January 1, 2009. I can't wait until we get DOMZ06 on the water again. We have access to an air chair as soon as he is ready to go.

Nice board G and maybe I will have to try that one out next time. It sure looked like it rides real nice.

Oh yea I almost forgot. When we get to the lake the stereo did not work. I had a blown fuse. We fixed that right away. Then of course that is not all that could go wrong. We filled the ballast and I have the factory ballast system on my boat. One tank emptied out OK but the other would not empty. So I get the volt meter out. NO POWER to the pump that empties the tank. Thank goodness the wires run right past the battery post. So I cut the positive lead and wired to the battery direct to active the pump to get the tank empty. So I have one month to figure out if I have a bad switch or a bad connection and fix the wire I cut. But at least we got the tank empty.
