can anyone tell me how far behind the Taps plat it sits. Based on Sparky216's feedback I am re-considering taking it off. it may be a OITA even with the quick connect option.

Also how does/ where does the cross suppport mount to the fiber glass platform?

Thank you kindly for finding the references to those two posts.
The one post alleviated my concern re the mounting of the horizontal bar and the other post also alleviates concern of the FAE additional space behind boat.

It tells me I can leave it on all season for weekend jaunts and vacations and if I don't want to open the main garage door to get into my third stall I can remove for winter.
