RZ2 price opinions

Guys,

What is everyone's opinion on a price for an RZ2? I found an '07 that I'm looking at buying. It's pretty well loaded and has about 12 hours on it from the dealer tooling around in it. lincdarrow posted a price for his awhile back, but that craigslist listing has been deleted. I know Tige is extremely tight lipped about dealer invoice on boats, but does anyone have a ballpark figure for an '07 RZ2?

I think lincdarrow's price was around $47k from what I remember.

Can you give us specifics about what it has for options, engine, trailer and so on? How much is the dealer asking? It doesn't really matter what the dealer paid; he's only going to sell it for a certain minimum price. If that boat cost him $55k, I'm sure he's not going to sell it to you for $53k. On the other hand, if he paid 53k and you're paying 59k, you might be paying too much depending on the market. It's all relative. If you can give us more info, I'm sure we can give you an idea if you're getting a fair deal.

What kind of tower speakers/ custom stereo? That can make a big difference in price.

Clarion head unit with 6 wetsounds speakers throughout plus Pro60s or Pro80s. I can remember which. I think it has a 10" sub as well. Dual battery with switch. Factory ballast. I think that's all

That is not a custom stereo it's a factory system but top of the line for boat systems.

I have shopped around, but it's hard to know. It's not like with cars where you get online and have an idea of what an average price is. That's been the hardest thing for me to grasp. I was set to order a '09 20V with custom color and everything I wanted, but this RZ2 fell in my lap. I figured for a couple thousand more why not get a bigger boat that was fully loaded anyway? The '09 20V was going to run me a bit under 51K with trailer and everything. This just seems like a no-brainer to me.

Why should covers not be listed as an option? when a dealer orders a boat he has to choose to order/pay for this OPTION they just dont give it to him. as i do agree 99% of boats will have a cover. it is and "option" you can choose not to pay for if you wish.

I priced one before I came back to Iraq. All it had was the sub, visionair seat, speedset. With trailer OTD was 55,000.
