Boat Heater

I'm trying to figure out where to put a vent. There is already one in the walkway, then one to the right of the driver seat. Not sure if I should put a third one either:

A) A vent up on top of the dash near the window.
OR
B) Another pullout tube in the walkway.

i would put another pullout tube in the walkway so that you can move it where ever you want.

Regarding a pullout tube underneath the passenger side. Is there anyone who knows if it is possible to drill a hole in the floor in the compartment in front of the driver's seat (20V) next to the fresh air hose and pass a heater tube through this hole and underneath the walkway through another hole on the passenger side where the fresh air intake tube goes through the floor? I can route a tube around the bow to the passengers side but thats 15 feet of tubing...worried about heat loss over that length.
