The airflow is pretty good, and it fits in the compartment in front of the driver, it wouldn't fit just under the dash. I have the factory ballast and actually strapped the heater to the top of the ballast tank. One of the hot tubes comes out in the bulkhead infront of the driver and one in the walkway, one fised vent in the driver's bulkhead and one under the observer's seat(which I haven't quite mounted yet). I'll get some pics tomorrow afternoon, we ended up taking my friend's boat tonight and therefore couldn't get pics tonight.

HeaterCraft 3 outlet, http://www.go2marine.com/product.do?no=74537F put one euro vent by the drivers feet and 2 tubes for the passengers. Go with a bow cover, works like a wind screen plus throw a tube up there and the kids have a warm place to go. The heater is great but to make winter as good as it can be you also need a hot/cold shower http://www.go2marine.com/product.do?no=74819F , great to fill the wetsuit before you jump in and great to warm the feet when you're done with your set.

The new heater looks and works great. The vent at my legs is good for roasting nuts.
2 hour trip to Sac to get it done, Jesse went with me but couldn't quite stay awake on trip back.
Here is the vent hose from the walkway.
And here is my wife and 3 of my kids huddled under towel with the hose. They loved that thing.

I used to have a 2 vent heater in the boat I sold. The one vent went into the walkway, and the other was a nutroaster, as Ragboy said. Where would I put a third? Would seem to require a very long tube in almost any other conceivable spot.Be excellent to one another.
