    Good Drysuit.

I am looking for a drysuit for RJ, we are going to try to surf at least through october. I have heard this one is good, but I have had no experience with them. Any thoughts?

I can't remember the name brand but mine is similar to that and I love it. The built in suspenders are nice because you can keep the legs on while not wearing the arms between runs.

By the way, with a drysuit, you can go out all winter, as long as there isn't any ice on the lake. We go out all winter, just remember Tall's rule of 100. As long as the air plus water temp added together are greater than 100, you're good to go. I have actually gone out when they added up to 90 (40's water; 50's air) as long as the wind isn't blowing it's all good.

Rule of 100, got it. Well, I have to install a heater in my boat also.

I have used a Bare Dry Suit for close to 4 years now and haven't had any issues. I paid 250.00 for it.

Yes brand new. The name of the company is Grizzly Water Sports. Great customer service.

Also when you do get it store it inside a climate controlled environment and use "Seal Saver" on the seals, this will expand the life of the suit.

I got one for Xmas last year. Love it. I still freeze for a few seconds when first jumping in, but that passes quick and then all is good.
Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

I have the Oneil Boost in a large. It is a perfect fit for me now 6'4" and 190 lbs., it used to be tight when I was 250#. That was some motivation to lose. It also works for my son 6'2" and 155#, it is a little loose on him, he will grow into it while he is in Italy for two years eating pasta everyday. My daughter wears it also and she is 5'9" and about 110 the seals are a little loose on her around the neck. She stays dry as long as she doesn't face plant, which is her best move. We love it, it has extended our season an extra 4 months. I would fork over the $$ again tomorrow.
My dad always said "Stupid Hurts". He's yet to be proven wrong, but for some reason I keep trying.

I have one of those Oneil Boosts in the large as well. Great dry suit. I'm 6'0" 190 and it fits me perfect. Super warm and easy to move in. The wife uses it as well. Little loose around the neck for her too, but not bad.
You'll get your chance, smart guy.

My son is 5'10" and 155lbs, but large may be a bit too big. But the older girls can use it now, and the young ones will be able to use it later so I think I will get medium, and one more large prob next year.

                            Thanks for all the input.
