Thank you for the advice. I was a little nervous with it the first time and had 'sink back' in the hole, so I applied a second time and only I know where I put that hole.....

I bought two different colors of the small patch kits from Spectrum to fix the dock rash and dings on an older Nautique for my son in law. I read a couple of internet articles on what to do and it was really pretty easy. Three years later and still no one can tell where they were. Now on the bottom of my older jet skis, I took a different approach. Instead of the gel coat, I used Marine-Tex to fill a couple of long gouges. Then I covered that with a little spray paint and it was just fine for what it is on.
