If you want your highs a little brighter at the drivers seat give this a try. It has a nice balance at all db levels.

Don't feel like a copy cat at all. A lot of the things I did on my RZ4 were done as one offs with the guys at Tige to try new things in hopes that they work and make it into production. 1) that speaker placement 2) Swim Platform 3) Gel Coat on top deck.
1) The platform is now in produciton as the 09 RZ platform 2) the top deck is now an option 3) The speaker location did not go into production but happy to see others doing it. That is awesome.
I was going to try some other crazy things on the boat but we ran out of time. So next boat, I have some ideas on things to try.
Here is s shot of speaker location in the rear for 2 pairs to try out for those wanting more!!!
Sub is far away. Doesn't get kicked. Plus the XXX cone is so stiff. You can't hurt it. But it can hurt you!!!!
You can see better in this shot. You can see the Ipod control is flushed in the dash so you can see it while driving through the sterring wheel. The knob is where the key used to be and we moved the key to one of the 12 volt plugs.
Works great as it makes it so easy to control the ipod from there. And the UI on the HK unit is so much easier and faster than going through the head unit.
