Multi-Surf

It may not be an olympic sport, but we sure had fun. Again, it is AMAZING how much fun we seem to have with the longboard. We still surf the other boards, but we always seem to pull out the long board to mess around, and help beginners.

So Here are some pics of RJ and his cousin Joe. There were able to get up after a few tries, and then even free ride, for LONG periods of time.



So of course, they started messing around.





I wish I had a pic, but I told joe to lie down, I meant like superman. He lies down and puts his head on his side, like is sleeping, it was funny, but he finally got what I meant.



This was actually our second attempt at multisurf above, but our first was even crazier. I still can't believe it worked. Here they are trying to get up.



About to lose Thomas.



In between attempts, when it wasn't looking so good.



They actually got up, and all stayed on!



I wonder if they could hang 30.



And they actually free rode. Not for a few seconds, but for several minutes, and they did this 2 separate times, for over 3 minutes. I did not think they could all keep their balance.



I think they were surprised also.



I have video of all this, I will have to post some later, its pretty cool.

With the water that low at Oroville, does it feel like you are down in a hole? From the look of the high water mark, that is what I would feel like.

not really, oroville is still a HUGE lake. Now we stay in mostly the main bodies of water, still 3-400 ft deep.

It seems more like that under bridges.

Those are some fun times. However, you probably can put the entire family on that board.

Yeah, the pop bags are nice, and pretty easy to move.

Tall, you need to buy some pop bags. Then I can borrow them (while you don't have a boat) and see if I will like them.
