In the market for a new Anchor

They are cool, but I hate putting those sharp edges in my tige. Although I should get one for the pontoon.

Don't they come with a bag though? Or is it going to like cut right through the bag?

since the tige doesn't have an anchor locker in the tip of the bow, like my last boat, I have to pull the anchor over the vinyl. If it gets dropped....

So I use a mushroom anchor, that is coated with plastic. Doesn't work in a current, but fine in the lake.

The edges are not sharp and it folds quite nicely

I took the anchor off the web site because it was taking up two much space and I was not getting any hits on it. I can email anyone the video if they want to see what it is. PM my your personal email and I will send you a link to view it or email the whole vid to you.

I have a medium Box Anchor for my 05 22i. It has the vinyl bag, very sturdy. When I am setting it up, pull it out of the bag, set the bag on my lap & put the pin in. So, no sharp points to poke the upholstery! I usually store it under the front bow cushion storage. It also has mesh sides on the bag to help dry the rope out.

VERY happy with this product. You might want to consider the large one for boats over 22'

Definitely box. I laugh at people diving down to set their anchor when I just toss and forget it. It was tough for me to spend the coin on it but it has been worth every penny.
