OK, I may be leaning towards HCM now, after looking at this recent build of theirs for a customer. Take a look at that helm and 3 air ride seats. Dude, that is bad a$$.

lol, yeah, they hang the kicker motor right in the middle, instead of off to the side. These have a kodiak 8.1 litre vortec in them.

Here's one that I've ridden in. It had a V-8 engine. Not sure what kind it was, tho.

              Here's another one.

Very cool. Check out some of these videos, the orange boat is a 24' HCM Granite. I am looking at either that, or the Weldcraft 24 Select, both are very similar.

It sure would be nice to have the torque of the 8L for running up stream and fighting tougher currents.

Hey Rag, my dad has one that he is selling. It's a couple of years old but he's only used it a few times. His view is that there aint much point having it if he never uses it. It's like new, that much I do know. I can't remember the brand but, it's a 21' welded aluminum jet (Hamilton jet I believe), hard top, air rides, gps, trolling motor, pretty much pimped. It was the cover boat for the brochure. He's up in Oregon if you're interested.

Sounds great, but 21 is def too small for us. Thanks for the info.
