    Looking for lead

Wondering if any of you have any advise on where to get some lead to make some ballast weights?

one question: Do you have your boat on a lift? If so, you will need to upgrade your lift motor...

I was going to go with lead but my boat is at the max weight for my lift so I had to go with water.
If its not fun, Why do it?

tractor supply companies. those counter-weights they hang on the front of the tractor. if you are lucky they will have some old ones setting out by the broken down tractor with weeds growing around them. you can take them for real cheap. then find a great place on the way home to drop them off and pick them up on the next round. this is what i did in my pre-tige days. worked like a champ.

Hey Juniors u the man!!!! I think this is exactly what I'm looking for. I had located some lead for $1.66 lb. delivered, but then was going to have to figure out how to wrap in carpet or build bags or something. This way every thing is already done. By the way do you leave the weight in the boat when hauling or do you move it to the truck, and how durable have the bags been so far? Oh and a great big thank you once again.

I have tried to buy from pop-products, they returned my money due to no stock. They said they don't know when they would have any. No idea whats up with that.

I purchased mine about 2 months ago. I leave my boat in the water all year long but when I do tow it I do remove the bags or at least half the weight just put them in your truck. My wife surfs goofy so the wake is awsome on her side already so I put about 300lbs or so on the port side under my ballast the bags lay flat and I leave the other bags to move side to side. trying to resize pics 10mega pixel camera way to big of file

I just got an email from troy @ pop. He said the military cleaned him out with an order of 20k lbs of bags to test helicopters. He is going to try to get my order out, so I have by this weekend.
