    You Won't Believe this

    Ok, here is what happened. I left my hotel in PHX and got in my car to head to Tuscon for the day for work. I put my car in reverse and looked over my right shoulder. The picture tells you what I saw. So I jumped out and did a walk around. Noticed the truck was from TEXAS. So my brain starts to run I bet this boat is from the factory. So I leave a card with a note on the window asking the person to give me a call as I would love to crawl around in the boat. WAIT it gets better.

    So I am on my way to Tuscon. My phone rings. The person introduces himself as Ben Pigeon. He ask me if I would not only be available to crawl around the boat but how about a lake trip with Charlie Pigeon, and the AZ TIGE dealer. Great group of guys by the way. So off to the lake I went with Charlie & Ben Pigeon and the AZ guys. It was great to meet Charlie and Ben in person. They have a great deal of concern about building a quality boat and providing there customers with a great experience while boating.

    The boat performance was amazing and it sounds like it has fresh air exhaust on the boat. The tower looks way better in person than in photos and the control center is flat out amazing and user friendly. Thanks to the Pigeons and AZ TIGE for the ride and experience. I would love to MasterCraft or Malibu CEO show up like that and take customers on rides in there boats. I bet that will never happen. This shows the confidence that TIGE has in there products.

        At least a great evening. We did not get into the water at all but we put the boat through the ropes. I actually had to work during the day to take care my every day job. That is one thing I need to keep right now.

          Cool story. Just wondering why I didn't get a call to join the fun.

          I am guessing if you were with the TigeAZ you headed out to Saguaro Lake?

            If this story was not from Andrew I would think is t was another one of the Penthouse forurm fantasies. But since Andrew is reflecting what happenned to him I wholeheartedly believe. Some day I will get lucky enought to see the Tige crew in my area.

              I've met Charlie at a couple of Tige reunions here in Austin. He's a great guy.

              The new tower is growing on me as well. I only wish it wasn't so damn short. Also, the board racks in the picture would potentially interfere with a second pair of speakers, which is probably why SPOLK69 didn't have any on his boat. The tower does look very stout and the built-in lights are cool.

                  I would be totally amazed if the racks with boards in them would interfere with the speakers. The tower, IMO, and wetsound speakers where designed together.

                    That's great I met Charlie and Ben a few months back when they stopped by the dealership. I really enjoyed meeting and talking to them both. Charlie seems to be a down to earth guy that truly loves boating and believes in the product and the customers.

                              Excellent story. Even better experience I bet. Did they know you were SBFAN off of TO? I bet Abileen folk are pretty familiar with the long-timers here on TO

                              Great news re reduced noise of new exhaust.

                              Did you by chance ask CP about when (if) the transom-fill ballast is rolling out?
