I have found on my 24V if I put taps at 4 and set speed at 10-11 and add 200lbs in the front and 500 in the rear I get a great surf wake. I have also learned that ever so slight movements of the steering wheel will make the difference between white wash or clean wave.

This is what we're able to get with just 400 lbs in the rear locker, and 5 people on the driver's side (including 1 up front). When we moved the one guy up front (who weighs about 160), the pocket lengthened up nicely. Speed was about 9.5, TAPS all the way up (7).
