U.S. Open boat set up

I see the U.S. Open boat is a 20v. Just curious if anybody knows the set up? How much weight was added, what kind, and where was it located? How many people do they have in the boat? What length rope and what speed do most pros board at? Taps setting? Basically how do the pros set up a 20v?
