I don't think I'd be using it. All I can see is grease and all the other stuff that comes with it in my boat. I think I would rather just go back to the houseboat and fire up that grill and keep my boat clean.
Regarding the flag holder, I've been told that those are illegal as the flag needs to be up when someone is in the water and down when not and it needs to be held by a person.

That's one of those "depends on the ranger" type of deals there. Around here you are supposed to always have someone hold it until the rider is up and then it goes down, but normally the ranger's are cool with it being up the whole time since the lake is so busy.
In CA, the flag should be up when there is someone in the water trying to ski or the line is in the water. If you have a swimmer in the water, the flag should not be flown.

I have a flag holder, works well for swimming and surfing.
I have one of those grills also, but for my pontoon boat. Couldn't see putting one of those grills on my tige.
We use our magma on the tige all the time. I use a rail mount on the bow. The grill is specially built for use on a boat and catches its grease and actually burns it right away with minimal flare ups. It has a big canvas bag to store it in to keep any crumbs and not burned grease contained. We use it almost every weekend. Here is a pic on the boat. Though $189 for the tower mount is steep.
