Fun on the Cheesepeake and in our 22i

Had all 6 of us, my sis and bro-in-law and their 2 kids over for the weekend. We hit the water early and man did we strike it rich. You can see from the faces that the kids paid us in full for our decision to buy the Tige.

This is basically what it is like for us every weekend - or at least every other weekend.

I will apologize in advance for creating so man posts to get all the picts up...

First up is headed into the Great Bohemia Creek - where we play. As you can see, even on a Sunday the water is Awesome if you get there early enough.

We spent the first part of the morning skiing. My sister did awesome and really pulls hard on the boat.

Jody gave it a few tries, but is having a hard time getting up for the first time. She did get super close this time!!! She really wants to get up and keeps trying hard.

I couldn't get my arse out of the water. I also don't want to have TO.com closed down, so there is no pict of me

The kids all were coming out of their skin to ski so it was their turn next.

My son Billy popped right out of the water and skiied like a madman. He is still a bit stiff-legged so other wakes topple him rather easily. He is getting better and better with each run though.

My step-daughter Molly got up by herself without me in the water for the very first time and was super pumped!!! She started waving to us. She told Jods that she was about to wave with both hands.

My nephew Dougie's first time on skiis!!! He was a natural. With a knee bend like his, he ate up everything that came at him. The comment was that he would make it over a tsunami!

Swimming gave way to a PB&J lunch - forgot a knife so it was a finger-made sandwich. I offered to toast the bread (under the armpit) but there were no takers.

Lunch settled (well almost), it was time for tubin! Oh how much fun we have with the tube. Too bad there aren't some of the action shots... This tube is nothing short of phenominal. Anything that I throw at it, it handles with grace. Best for kids that I've ever seen!

Finally, hours later and almost out of gas We headed home. All in all, there is really nothing that gives me more pleasure in life than these faces.

Even with all 10 people on board, there is plenty of room for comfort. Granted 6 of them are kids, but they are also far more mobile than adults and it showed us again why we love our boat as much as we do.

Thanks for helping create the memories Tige'!

Apparently you were playing Daddy Daycare for awhile.

Thanks for sharing. Looks like the children really enjoyed that Tige.

Where do you people get smooth water like that. The only time I ever experience smooth water is by seeing pictures on this Site.

I can't wait for winter riding!
