Except when the driver starts watching movies instead of what's going on around him while driving

That's pretty sweet! I still prefer analog gauges (except for depth and speed) but that's me. It might be because my '95 Corvette has a full digital dash...

That is BAD ARSE!!!!!! It looks like it could be a bit clumsy to use though while driving? Is it user-friendly?

I REALLY like the recessed speakers in the walkway to bow. I have thought about 2 more speakers there, but doesn't make sense to just point at each other.

The controls are similar to an ATM, in a way.

Most of them have words on them, speedo etc. and the two bottom ones select the options shown at the bottom of the screen

IMHO, my main concern with my boat, is that it WORKS all season. I love the feedback my LCD screen gives me on my Ve, but it just seems like a video screen, in the sun, is just something else that can break, and also not age very well.

I recently looked at some Malibu boats and was very impressed. They were 08 models so it was not this dash but very user friendly. The malibu speed control had presets that you could push for surfing and wakeboarding that controlled the ballast and wedge. I think there were 6 or 8 presets. The price for a loaded 23 foot wakesetter was $55k which is pretty good.

Wonder if that LCD is easily viewable in direct sunlight.

that play pen dash is the front ballast tank, without the front ballast you can just have a filler cushin to take out if you dont want to step up

It is just like a permanent bow filler cushion. The tank is underneath it. Many people like the playpen bow and it doesn't seem to get in the way at all.

I cannot stand the way the Supra playpen extends all the way back next to the driver, so the driver for sure trips on it, if you have long legs. It is a chore just to get in and out of the driver's seat. In the Malibu, it is far enough forward, that it is not a problem.

Tige should consider moving the front ballast to that location and not stealing all the storage space. So if you want a front ballast in the Tige, you get automatic permanent playpen seating. Does not seem like a bad thing to me.

I like the looks of it but no swim platform?

My buddy went to replace his speakers in his 247 with Wetsounds. The speakers that are in a 2007 are right under the windshield, and they could not be accessed from underneath to make the hole larger, and the holes couldn't be enlarged from on top because the windshield was in the way. I guess this is their attempt to solve this problem.

I think they are infatuated with technology and that guage cluster is just that...a cluster....

I do not think that is going to be a reliable unit for years to come. Dust and water just are incompatible with functioning LCD screens. Boats are often stored outside and are then operated in water. I think they are nuts to put that on there!
