Dont get me wrong, I love boating, does not matter, what kind of boating, as long as Iam on the water, fast boats , pullboats, fishing boats, they are all great fun, the problem is when I am lurking around on other sites such as riverdaves place or perfomance boats etc etc, most of their members, do not like pull boats, period. I dont know what it is, they just want nothing to do with us. I feel we are all in this community together, lets all just have fun and take care of one another.

You know why they hate pull boats, because they know there is no way in hell they can do anything we do and are jealous. I think they have a lot of little man syndrome. At least everyone here on my lake are that way. They always feel the need to show there boat off.... Are you freaking kidding me. Who cares. After all the bragging, I always like to say what do you do with it. Then that is always followed with a min or so of awkward silence. They like to say they get all the chics but when I see them out the boat is filled with dud's....LMAO...But what ever, I didn't pay 100 G's to hall dud's around...

Our resort at the lake of the ozarks is right by a gas station, so these guy fly in and out of the cove all day. Some of them like to get the gas flowing and hammer it right out of the no wake zone. Result is engines roar, the bow goes vertical but they go nowhere. By the time they get on plane, our inboards will be at top speed, but once they get on plane, sayonara.

The kids love the tower when wakeboarding.
I've pulled wakeboarders with all kinds of boats.
Nothing beats a properly equipped, dedicated design wakeboard boat.

Most the complainers just launch, cruise down to the sandbar, and that is their lifes boating experiences.

Our kids note the louder the boat, usually the slower.

Best to ignor the complainers.
They throw up just as big a wake, though not as nicely formed as a WB boat and they really have nothing to bitch about,, except in-attentive PWC'rs that are a problem common to all of us.

I love surfing, and seeing a tuber go by, and immediately the driver is like cool, hit that wake! We LOVE as a family to then watch tubers, usually kids get airborne and the flag go up. Most of the time they were NOT expecting the wake, and end up floating a bit dazed for a while, its pretty funny.

Same thing with PWCs. Here comes another one! and we look and some PWC hits our surf wake, and the driver goes flying off the PWC, it happens all the time. I don't mind at all as long as the PWC guy keeps a reasonable distance, which they do most of the time. If they get too close I stop and give them what for with the PA. Tell them next time I am going to chase em down and swat them off with an oar.

ow ok, yeah our boats are rather nippy out of the hole, especially the response.
