Just wondering if this happens to everyone elses boat, i can wax the whole boat and the whole thing looks great, then take it out and wipe it down and the back is always dull again, is this because of the exhaust or always being wet or is there anything to solve the problem. I took the tige decal off the back and buffed it all out so you could not tell where it was, then after being on the lake for the weekend you can tell right where it was again, just curious.

yeah, we get the shadow effect off the old stickers as well. I tried 3M restorer and wax and it did help a bit, but has not totally restored it to good as new condition.Comment

The bottom 3rd of my transom, above the swim platform gets kinda dull part way through the season. I always thought it may be caused by the amount of direct sunlight.
