We had a great weekend on the water. Saturday we taught 2 people how to board and both loved it. On Sunday went out with just the family (mother-in-law was the flagger) and we had some great progression. My wife gained a little courage tried a grab. Low and behold she was did one and followed this with several more. My 7 year old who just started boarding 3-4 weeks ago was able to successfully cross the wake several times with each time bringing a bigger smile to his face, and my 5 year old put on the board and floated around behind the boat (a very huge step for him). All in all a fantastic day on the water adding further justification to why I love this sport.

The concept of him crossing the wake took me a little by suprise so I did not shorten the rope so he was at 70' at about 20 MPH. No pics. I forgot the camera. Hopefully we will remember this coming weekend.Comment
