Sorry dude, that's way short-sighted. Ford/Dodge/Chevy have base model cars with paper thin profit margins for a reason. A person buying a Cobalt is MUCH MUCH more likely to buy a Monte Carlo than a person who owns a Focus or a Neon. You don't have to do but a very modest amount of research to see how glaringly obvious this fact is! Hell, even Toyota, who typically has never even bothered to try, is offering owner loyalty rewards now.

Business 101-KEEPING your customers costs about 1/3 the price of getting a new one. Having him on here POSTING would be a warm fuzzy; knowing we can get the CEO's attention provides some sort of reassurance that we are truly cared about (I'm not saying we aren't). It would just be nice if he would pop in and say Hi. It kind of seems a little "used car salesman" to pop on just trying to sell a boat. I can't say I blame him for selling his boats--kinda obvious that's his goal--but being non-existent for everything else except a sale is wrong IMHO. You are free to disagree with me
Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

That could get you into trouble and have some PM's sent your way from certain members of this site. j/k

In my first two days of ownership (on a holiday weekend), I got a call from Charlie. Well, I had called my regional rep about a warranty question and getting things taken care of w/ no dealers anywhere close. He said gimme a bit and I'll call u back. Next thing you know it was Charlie himself calling me to reasure me. That locked me into a Tige for life from that moment. So yes... he does have involvement and does monitor these things.
Being a major OU fan and a staunch conservative.... I am perpetually vexed w/ the conundrum of who to hate more. Obama or the Univ. of Saxet.

I met Charlie when I bought my bought at the boat show this April. I found myself sitting with him on the swim platform of a 22ve just shooting the breeze about this and that. He is a very down to earth guy in my opinion and very proud of his company.
