Tige Sightings on Lake Oroville

I usually don't see many tiges on our lake, but saw a few on friday. I saw a VE at floating campsite number 8, and I saw this RZ2 tied to this houseboat in Bidwell Marina. Anyone on here belong to either of these?

damn that Rz looks hot in the water. would like for that rig to belong to me. that houseboat makes the rz2 look like a little tinnie (a good looking tinnie none the less).

what would a houseboat like that be worth??? or do u hire them?

Many of those houseboats are for sale right now, that one would go for about $500k to $600k.
