Tell me about it. Last year at $3 per gallon we logged 220 hours Memorial Day to Labor Day

240 this past year. I have had the boat for 1 year and started with 40 hours. I think the guy who owned the boat before me never used it.

To save hours... When the rider falls. I kill the engine and the rider has to swim back to the boat.
If its not fun, Why do it?

We're up to 690. Way over half of that (over 400 hrs) in the past 3 years. Our kids were really little the first couple of years. Since we added PerfectPass and the tower, we've used it a bunch more.

da.bell gets grief because he logs about 10 hours a season. One can only wonder about the amount of hours he spends talking about riding on this board

Dude, I don't average 10 hours... Your math skills are terrible.

72 hours on my 24Ve (May 2006 to present) and 30 hours on my RZ2 (March 2008 to present).

Y, I sold my 1998 boat at end of 2006, with 270 hours on it. About 70 put on in 2006, when I put tower on it. The kids were smaller before, and we spent more time floating on the lake, and hanging out then towing. Now the boat is almost always towing. If I had hours in boat, that 270 would be more like 400. Still not a lot for all those years, but moved from SoCal to here at END of 2003 season. Hard to get out that much down there.

We logged 150 last season and should be about the same this year.

May try using reverse more to lower the hours.

Have to make up hours for missing work because of my youngest son. I've been up since 4 AM my time.
