Gang,
I dropped off my '08 RZ4 for it's 20-hr service already -- not bad for a newbie, right? We've had it less than a month! Quick question for you more experienced guys: we do our boating in salt water (Peconic Bay off Long Island) and are religious about flushing the boat properly w/ freshwater using the flush system when we take the boat out of the water every Sunday. That, however, only flushes the engine. I was told by the dealer to flush the ballast system every so often, but that it's not the easiest thing to do--requires using a suction or something on the bottom of the boat? Any of you guys know exactly how to do it? Marina has the boat for the week, so I'm hoping to give the service guys there the directions and let them do it...
Thx,
JF
P.S. I know, I'm delinquent on pictures of the boat -- I took some this weekend; my wife has the camera, so as soon as she downloads the pics and sends them to me, I'll post 'em.
