And yeah, for all the WW tuff guys, if they have nothing better to do than talk smack on a forum, enough said, argument over. They are true losers.
Charlie pigeon (Tige CEO) used to be in with Skier's choice (Supra). Then he broke off and started Tige.

    That is what I understand.

The local Centurion Dealer told me that He use to work for Centurion and broke off and started Tige....

Here is what I found on OnlyInBoards.com:

Tige Boats, Inc was started by Charlie Pigeon. Before starting Tige on his own Charlie worked as Director of Sales and Marketing with MasterCraft, Supra and Malibu Boats. Charlie always says that he likes to build a quality product with better performance and better features so people could have a better time on the lake. He adds that it didn’t matter how many boats he built. "What was important was to have 100 percent of my customers 100 percent satisfied." Tige's first boat hit the market in 1992 and was named "Rookie of the Year" by Waterski Magazine. In 1995, Tige developed the innovation that is the hallmark of its current line, the TAPS (Tige Boats adjustable Wake System) variable hull full trim system. In 1996, Tige developed the beginning of its Sport V line and turned more toward wakeboarding. It then announced it was no longer in the tournament ski boat business, but rather would build boats aimed at a broader range of water-sports activities, with an emphasis on wakeboarding performance.

Hahah. It's all good we have had plenty of past Tige owners who have converted over to Malibus and Nautiques and still hang around this site. By the way I have ridden on a 2008 23 LSV a few times and if one thing I wish Tige copied was the soft padded platform. That thing is nice, especially for my young daughter who spends most of her time on the platform.

Everyone that gets on our platform says, "It's squishy!"

I like both the platform on the Wakesetters and the SANs. I still think a fiberglass platform with gator grip would be the nuts!

I say boats are like custom houses. Start out w/ your own thoughts. Look around....take what you like from other manufacturers, and leave out what you don't. Do those items in your own style, and voila, you have something that you love!
Being a major OU fan and a staunch conservative.... I am perpetually vexed w/ the conundrum of who to hate more. Obama or the Univ. of Saxet.
