Only Half a tank so far this summer:

We've been hitting the Colorado River pretty steady this summer.

We filled up the 340 HP 22i in early June,, and we still have over half a tank left.
Quite a bit of towing and excursions,,,, we think it's as good as it gets.

Our sales rep Dan at Tige' Water Sports said that the 340 MP was the best for power and fuel economy,, and he was right.

Props (pun?) to Tige' and Danny B.

We use around 13 to 15 gal a day pulling 5 kids with a tank that holds 38 gal. Our gauge is stuck on FULL the whole time.

Do you shut the engine off when a rider falls and make them swim to the rope??

                      Good question.
We're going to top it off next week,, and do a close GPH test with video.

It has got to be way up there, or our gas gauge is broke and were runnin' on fumes and I owe everyone a beer.
We'll be at the Colorado river for two weeks so we'll see for a legit test.

I don't expect anyone to believe us, but our 430 HP Sea Doo Wake burned @ 1/2 mile per gallon.
All I can add is do a Google and see if other Sea Doo Wake 430 hp owners concurr with my numbers.
But having said that,, no one wants to admit they bought a POS like a half mile per gallon/2 gallons per mile Doo Doo.

im super impressed with our new z1, we opted for the 360hp upgrade and despite being heavier and more powerfulll that our response it seems to use substantially less fuel, we filled it once and had 4 outings on the one tank with still a quater of a tank whereas we would use half a tank in the response for each outing...

                        how does that happen??

I used 3 tanks in 6 days at Lake Powell with gas prices at $5.35.

Boat gas: 144 gallons at $5.35 per gallon = $770.4
                          Houseboat gas: 80 gallons at $5.35 = $428
                          Subarban gas: 90 gallons at $4.20 = $378
Replace AC compressor on the suburban = $1300

Having memorable time with your family = Priceless

an idea how much it is per litre over there??

our fuel prices are hovering between $1.50 - $1.80 per litre for unleaded.

anybody worried whats going to happen to tow sports when fuel gets too expensive??? will the be an electric tige??

                              WOW, that's $5.68 to $6.81 per gallon.

And we are complaining about our gas price....
