They are still in case and hanging in the garage..it's a shame I started boarding.
    I think I have a matching Mach 1.

Mine is very similar. I will get a pic and post in a bit. Was each Hook unique? I'm not sure what year mine is, but it's gotta be late 70's or early 80's.

I was going to post my **** Pope Jr. slalom. It is almost in as good a shape as yours, form. I will have to get a picture of my 79 connolly short line that I skied on the college ski team with. Those were the days, now I doubt I could even get up!

Poor Mr. Pope, can't even write his name without the dirty word police changing it to ****.

I learned how to slalom on that stick of course it looked nothing like that twenty years ago.I remember taking care not to get a splinter.
Last year my father gave it to me so I might have gone a little overboard on the finish.I guess it just has a lot of sentimental value.

I learned how to ski on my Mom's Cypress Gardens "Lil' Monster". It's in a storage unit with the boots dry rotted. We also have a Ski Skat and my Dad's **** Pope. Does anyone know if replacement boots are available for these skis? My 5 year old is ready to learn, but the little tied together Cypress Gardens that I learned on have succomed to the dry rot problem also. Any suggestions?

This is the only site I know of for something like that.

                              http://www.wileyski.com/wilbinds.htm

You might want to contact them directly and ask.
