Very nice, and looks weighted, swimstep underwater. Just needs more time to look more like a boat in the wild, and not a brochure. Hang some panties on the mirror or something. :-)

Its funny, I look at all of your boats and the towers just look naked. My tower gets a lot of looks, I am sure it is because people see the 7 or 8 boards on it, I guess its kinda nuts, but its pretty normal for us.

I guess that's one of the reasons the illusion type tower would not work for me. Its true I don't like the look, but even if I did, where the hell would I put all that crap?

I think that your boat kind of looks top heavy - sort of like an aircraft carrier with all those radars and antennas, especially next to my clean looking beauty

See now, that's a nice pic. Lighting is perfect, good angle. Gotta make those boats look sexy. I guess I am an a$$ man.

The challenge is always how do you get in the water with your $1000 camera and not spaz out about the fact that it's your $1000 camera.

ragboy does your tower shake loaded up with all those board???
ours shakes just from the speakers.

It'll wobble in chop, but not much, it def wobbles less than the tige oem tower. It is extremely sturdy, especially with that 3" tubing, and the pro mounting job by samson. I have heard some people say their samson wobbled alot, but it wasn't installed by samson. Mine was done in the samson shop and they did an incredible job.

The challenge is always how do you get in the water with your $1000 camera and not spaz out about the fact that it's your $1000 camera.

I had Whitney put on a life jacket, then we put another life jacket on top of floating throw cushion. She put cam around neck, and rested the camera on the jacket on the cushion. She got set and we handed her the camera. Worked well.

Surf Racks

I went to wakeside and it shows these to be wakeboard racks. Are they wakeboard racks that work for surf racks or are they actually wake surf racks? They show 2 different models but both say they are wakeboard racks. Can you tell me which one you bought and if you had to convert anything to make them for surf boards?

Thanks. Those are the dbot5 racks, they hold 2, and they even have a bolt on thing for the rack, so that they can hold 3!

This is the Weld Surfer rack that I have, one on each side.



And you can bolt one of these on each rack, so it holds 3.



They work great, and look great. They sell them at wakside.com.

BTW, looking at the pictures above, the rack looks diff than mine, must be new model, but same concept.

This pic is way too much like Evilone's. Mine is better because it is my boat. I saw him today at Lake Mead, BTW. I have never been there in the summer with wind, but today the wind was a bummer.



This is probably my favorite pic of all time, the family relaxing during dinner camping out the night before the tige reunion. It was a great time with the family.
