Thanks, we wipe it down with babes boat brite every time we pull off, keep it sexy. We get lots of looks up here, especially when we have the stereo pumping, the surfboards up, and the lights on. Those new tower speakers are crystal clear at over 100 ft. Whenever I visit the shop in oroville that did my stereo, he always tells me he has people coming in asking about that dark blue tige on oroville with the bitchen stereo.

@all, nice pics, I really love seeing those on the water shots like that. I had my daughter wearing a life jacket, and she 2 lifejackets that she rested the Canon on to take them. When the lake is full again, I am going to go into one of the most beautiful tree lined coves, and do it again.

Keep em coming! I am sure we have room for some V, Z, and I pride also.

Hey ragboy your boat is very clean looking. I remember seeing it in person at the wakesurf championships in Fulsom last year. very clean in person too! Are the racks on top "surf" racks? I have been looking for some 2 board surf racks but can only find 2 board wakeboard racks. Where did you get them? (if that is what they are)

And I totally agree with you on the clean look of the 22Vé. I miiiight be biased tho.

I'll post some pics of my 22Vé on the water tonight or tomorrow! going surfing tonight so maybe I'll get a nice shot of it with the sunset.. the smoke in the central valley makes for some crazy colored sunsets lately..
If you ain't falling.. you ain't trying hard enough..

              We love it.

We had heard Tige' was considering a direct drive version of the 24 with the 22i's interior scheme.

We are so sold on the 22i interior layout.

Thanks. Those are the dbot5 racks, they hold 2, and they even have a bolt on thing for the rack, so that they can hold 3!

This is the Weld Surfer rack that I have, one on each side.

And you can bolt one of these on each rack, so it holds 3.

They work great, and look great. They sell them at wakside.com.

BTW, looking at the pictures above, the rack looks diff than mine, must be new model, but same concept.

Its funny, I look at all of your boats and the towers just look naked. My tower gets a lot of looks, I am sure it is because people see the 7 or 8 boards on it, I guess its kinda nuts, but its pretty normal for us.

I guess that's one of the reasons the illusion type tower would not work for me. Its true I don't like the look, but even if I did, where the hell would I put all that crap?

My tower usually has 4 boards on it actually. That shot was taken on an early summer day when I was only pulling 2 riders. I definitely gotta get me a wakesurf rack though, it's a major PITA to get my Yellow Loogey wedged in the rear storage locker. Damn your tower looks awesome though man! Where did you get the lights??

I switched towers due to the fact that I hated the 2007 Bimini, and the fact that I got a warehouse to store boat, that meant I had to take tower up and down every outing. The tige OEM tower is a PAIN to take up and down like that, and hard to keep doing it without damage. The switchblade I got from samson is an amazing design, it folds down upon itself very easily. My kids do it in under a min. Once I chose this tower, scott at samson showed me the options. The rapid disconnect speakers, and the lights. He builds the tower with a special light mounting plate on it, then mounts the lights, which makes it SO clean. Here is a picture I took when the boat was delivered, and the bimini and speakers are off, so you can see it a lot better.

The speaker clamps have a big quarter inch guitar type connector MALE in the rack, and female in the speaker. It inserts and makes a good connection. There is a knob that snaps in a groove, and you can rotate freely, until you tighten the knob.

The lights are also great, they can be moved to any direction without tools, just grab them, when they are not hot.

Yeah, ^^^^ that tower wins big time. Not sure I can get the wifey to sign off on anymore big ticket items for a while though, haha.

                          Ragboy,

Love the tower! The tower on my Maxum was a Samson and we loved it. We did not care for their tower speakers though. If I had 5G's I would upgrade and get rid of my tower. I feel it wobbles too much.

Yeah, my new switchblade is much sturdier than my OEM tower. It still will wobble some, but much less. That 3" tube is BEEFY.
