    Parker/Colorado River

Lots of Tiges out on the Colorado River this weekend. Any from this board?

I will get pics up soon.

Two memorable moments that can be discussed on this board were:

    1) The poor guy trying to dock his brand new RZ2 at the Blue Water Resort. Are entire room was on the patio enjoying the spectacle. I hope the pontoon boat and dock are ok .

(Not making fun of you. I still can remember trying to maneuver a inboard for the first time to. I hope you didn't get any bad dings or scratches on that awesome RZ2. Learn to lightly feather the throttle and you will be golden . Little throttle means little corrections and little mistakes.)

    2) The blue and black Xstar with three toolbags that thought they were semi pro wakeboarders. (Just because you have a Xstar and a Ronix One board, doesn't mean you are a good boarder, you guys probably couldn't even get wake to wake.) We complimented them on their setup Saturday morning and they gave us the worst cold shoulder and stink eye ever. Needless to say we crossed paths again Sunday morning out on the water. They were trying to figure out the wake to wake thingy, while our rider throws a huge scarecrow about 15 feet out into the flats with a crotch grabbing finish for them to see. They ended up chasing our boat for a while to spectate. Then we headed to Badenochs for breakfast and they were there, tails between their legs. It was sweet.

You should have taken a picture of the Xstar guy and submitted it to HCWDB.com

Probably the best grabs you can do while not techically in the air.

Coach was at the Blue Water this weekend I hope it wasn't him trying to dock his RZ2

As you were loading your boat up Sunday morning, I walked right past you.

              We were there all week.
We return the 22nd for 2 weeks.
Can't miss us, the Purple heart - Purple 22i always towing something.

              The Bluewaters docks suck.
Tie your bumpers high and the 12" dia bumpers are ideal and a good investment.

Their is no enforcement of the no wake zone and turds come flying into the Marina full blast = guaranteed gel damage.
Happens all the time and fist fly ruining a good vacation.

Direct and V drive boats aren't the easiest to manuever at low speeds.

Chris at Tige' Watersports will gladly and patiently coach anyone over the phone how to dock and tie up your Tige' at Bluewater.
Don't be proud, get some advise.

If you still blow it he has an excellent gell shop at reasonable prices.

I just read this! That was me! First time with an inboard on the docks! I figured I gave a nice show. I figured it out on Sunday how to dock the thing. The lack of reverse didn't help my cause. No damage to my boat or the pontoon ladder. I still tend to over steer from my years with a jet.

There was a ton of Tige's on the water. I forgot how stinken crowed that place is. Monday was the best day when everyone was gone. Even on Sunday it was crowded.

Now looking back the Marina was closed when I got there so I had to check in and get a slip. When I come around and start in there is a boat in the slip space. Now I am looking where to dock it and by that point I was all over the place. Now I am at the point of no return and the boat is in a terrible spot. Then it just became a comedy of errors until I got the boat in the other slip. It was a learning experience. I was better up at badenoch's Sunday morning but still not great. By Sunday afternoon I was money at Roadrunner's but that was an easy place to dock.

Nice beer holder coach, was that on 07 option

It’s been a few years since I have been to blue water. Can’t wait to go back...

Hitting Mojave in 2 weeks, (near in-laws, so it wins most of the time)
But did hit Powell for the first time a few weeks back, it was nice, but rather hit either Parker or Mojave (12 hour drive was nuts)

One person on the slide at a time!

I should've introduced myself, but we were in a hurry to get off the water an back home. Two nights of drinking till 3AM and getting up at 5AM to wakeboard took its toll.

How was Badenochs? I effin love that place for breakfast.

It was good. Just got there before the rush.

You guys are hard core to drink until 3 and get up to board. If I do that anymore I just sleep all day and start drinking again.
