So after I put the new porp on, if the shaft is bent it will still vibrate? Just asking, this is my first encounter with prop damage...Here is another picture I took yesterday and it looks like the rudder my have hit as well.

I hit a submerged log. It got wedged between the prop and the rudder. It bent the strut & shaft one way and the rudder the other. Bent the prop, too. I'd have the Ski Dock check it out. If you run for too long with a bent shaft, you can damage other parts as well (V-Drive, tranny, etc.).
BTW, do you have collision on your boat? If so, it might be an insurance claim. Mine was. $1700 later (new rudder, prop, strut and shaft) I was back on the water. dogbert, how long did they have your boat in the shop?
I had nothing but bad experiences at Sail and Ski here in Austin. Their service sux (boat always had more problems than I brought it in with.
