Amazing response and way to step up even when you did not sell the boat. This is a sign of a dealer who cares about the product he sells even though a previous dealer sold the boat and realized the profits if any from the sale. Great to see this type of effort.

Call these guys I am sure they can help you.

Thank you Sport Boat Northwest. I have made contact with them and plan on bringing My RZ4 this week for a diagnostic. Its perfect timing as the Tige owners convention will be this weekend. Hopefully it will be up and running like the dream boat that it is known to be. Thanks again Sport Boat Northwest for such a quick response.

                  hawkfanweb,

We have been spending lots of time on Lake Tapps lately I have been wanting to stop by and see how your issues have worked out but feel strange just pulling up to someones dock. I am really sorry to hear about your issues I too bought one of the old dealers boats in April and have loved my Tige all summer. I have had experience with Sportboats Northwest and they have been really great to me and I didn't even buy my boat there (but will in a few years) They will get it right i'm sure. I will be at the owners event next Sunday and I'm sure we will be on Tapps this week, If you want a pull or even just a ride to see how awesome Tige boats are let me know I will stop and pick you up.

                    Hawkfanweb,

I am disappointed in myself that I have not contacted you sooner. Surf expo was this weekend, and I have just now been able to get on the web. I will be traveling back to cal. all today, but I will try to talk too Tige as much as possible so I can get back to you tomorrow with a solution.

Looking forward to working things out,

                    Ben Pigeon

                      FYI

Fule Stab is for preventive maintenance only.

You add it to you last take before winterizing, and run the engine for about 15 min.
This will coat either you carb or injectors to help prevent tarnish build-up. It also acts as a floating lid, to help keep the octane from evaporating from your tank.
(Never fill your tank FULL, before putting you boat way for the winter. In the hotter months the tank will over flow!)

                      Ok your both wrong,

You should fill it up full, then run it with stabalizer. So its still got plenty of gas but has a little breathing room so it doesnt overflow.

Here is the factory again making things right. I don't see this on other boat owner forums. Way to go Ben. I hope surf expo was fun.

There are many people on Tigeowners.com that can tell you how there decals got trashed due to the gas overflowing out of there tank in the spring.

With the older tanks, and the cerebrated engines that was the case. With the new tanks (vented) if you fill it in the winter, the gas WILL expand in the wormer days of early spring and run down the side off your boat.
(But I live in southern cal, where we will hit a few days of 90+ in March.
And the coldest we will get is around 40. So dew point is not a huge factor.)
Recommend fill it up to almost, but not to, the top, especially if you store outside and the temp will get to 90 deg. The point is, don't keep an empty tank over winter due to condensation. Understand though, my 1999 decals got trashed when gas tank topped off, admittantly during summer in +90 deg outside.

Advice: Do not tow boat on a Saturday over I-90 and then up I-5 to Mercer St exit when the Huskies kickoff against Oklahoma is at 4:30pm and you are planning to drop your boat off around 1:00pm. WOW!! What a back up. Other than that, I don't think it's going to be much of a problem.

I caught my early enough to save my decals. It was the molding behind the rub rail that has been trashed.
