It was at Lake Mead a few years ago. That boat was messed up.

How was that boat still above water?

It was already there when we were pulling our boat out.

I imagine they towed it over to the launch ramp and dragged it up onto the pavement. You probably couldn't get the trailer deep enough to put the boat onto it. The half sunken boat would be to low in the water to make it on top of the bunks.
