Mystery Speedo Ops

Hope I didn't get anyone excited with that title!
This is the combination speedometer for my boat. It functions as a speedo pretty well, but it has several other options as well and I have been stumped by how to operate it! Does anyone have the same speedo and know how it operates? It may be worth it for me to upgrade to a PP or other 'Cruise Control' style speedo with throttle control or at the very least to replace the speedo with one that more visually pleasing (unless this one does things that I still have to learn!). Thanks

I would love to have that thing with all the different features it has, just learn it, dont replace it, someone in the past spent some money on that cause i am sure it didnt come stock.
