    Wake width

I have a 24ve and we love it but the wake it throws is very wide. Is there any way to tighten the wake up some?

jump longer... I don't think so... we have a wide wake as well. Some people really like the wider wake.

      Wider boat, wider wake!

I was riding a 21' MC last week and it was a lot easier to cross the wake. But it did not have as much room in the boat.

Shorten the rope. That's about it. If you'll drop to 60ft. or 65ft. it gets quite a bit narrower

          Or you can speed up

Other than that more ballast for a bigger wake to jump longer.

We thought it was too wide when we first got our 24ve, so we shortend the rope for a while to get used to it. Now we feel like the wakes on our freinds boats are too narrow. Just a matter of getting used to it.

Sometimes this can require a few more shots of liquid courage. That or just naturally have em swinging down low.

The 24ve wake is wide, like said before shorter your rope and you'll be good. Once you get used to it you'll love it. I ride 75' back at 24mph and the wake is perfect. I get killed riding behind my buddies Bu VLX. His wake is so narrow I could ride at 80' but they don't have that much line. I always land way into the flats.

My 20V is actually pretty wide also. Most of my buddies have a little adjusting period before they can clear it decent. Shortening the rope as mentioned does help.
