Or apparently shirts, either. It's actually driving me nuts because we can't go out anywhere when we've come off the lake (no shoes, no shirt, no service).

It looks like you may be dodging a few storms. What's a trip to Powell without a storm or two?

We had a wild one last night down here. Hopefully we can avoid the worst ones, but they do cool things down a bit.

Is the prospective son-in-law coming? BTW, any results on the 360 competition?

I had a wind gust storm every day around 5:00 pm when I was done there.

One of the rangers told to to secure my boat on the dock for the 5:00 pm storm, and he was right. Between 5:00 to 7:00 every day!

Yes he will be arriving on Monday with my Daughter. His MP has returned and so they are going to socal to hear him speak, then coming to lake powell. He has to show off his fiance. Once everyone arrives we will have over 60 people, three houseboats, 5 boats, and 4 sea doos.

No, I consider it a tie. Using a baseball analogy, if a team scores in the top of the ninth and the other team scores in the bottom of the ninth, who won? Obviously they have to play extra innings, therefore, the person who can do it consistently will be the real winner.

But my son is so competitvie (wonder where he got that from) that he insists that he won.

Great pics. It's been a while since I have been to Rainbow Bridge since it is so far down the channel. I remember on one visit, the water was under the bridge.

                              Rainbow bridge - sacred ground!
