I view the $2500 as part of the negotiated price starting out from MSRP or wherever they are on their discount plan and have the boats lsited at. I have not looked yet on how much Natiques are selling for. We are looking for a new/recent model that has hull that is multifunctional. A V drive I know will not get as decent of a slalom wake as a Direct Drive but I would think a V-drive would be easier to cross than the 210 Searay we own. The area we will stuggle with is the issue of ballast or not for wakeboarding and later on surfing.

A V-drive will for sure be better than what you are currently using. The floor plan on a V-drive is so much more usable, IMHO.Be excellent to one another.

I know where Reeds is. They have a good reputation from what a buddy from school told me. I am not far from there. I live near Beloit and all the shallow water lakes.
I am trying for a thursday appointment with them. We are set on a vdrive vs direct so more people can join us if we want them to. We are recreational class skiers now so a non tournament wake won't bother me.
Within an hour or so of me there is Reeds and Tige, Chicago Mastercraft and a Malibu dealer that I forgot the name of. these are the brands I am most interested in.
