New Nautiques add FYI

Hi, I am new to the site and am looking for a new Inboard and I though yall would be interested in this add.
I am looking at Tige RZ2 and the 22VE 2007-2008 models. You have alot of info on this site so thanks it helps research and looking at typical issues. I also intend on looking at the competition more.

Welcome to the site. Where to you live? There are still some dealers that have the older 2007 models that they are trying to remove from their inventory.

IMO, you are doing the right thing by researching the various models and makes of boats. Good luck with your adventure.

Welcome! From my understanding the boats you are looking at are good all around boats. I also agree that it is a real good idea to shop around. One of the best things to do is seek out dealers that will give you a pull behind each of the boats that you are looking at.

What kinds of watersports are you interested in?

To answer both of you I live in Southern WI. All the major inboard dealers are within an hours drive. Unfortunately some of the lakes are skanky to get a pull but we will do it. The family is into skiing and starting to experiment with wakeboards. We have a 210 Searay so we are going to shop boat value,features and price. Not in a rush but are looking to buy in mod August when dealers are really stretched. Tige looks interesting and we will be hitting the local dealer soon.

The V-drives are going to be a lot harder to ski on. Not saying you won't be able to do it but the wakes will be a little bigger than you want it to be. Now the DD (i models) Tiges are your better bet.

As another member has said: "It is easier to make a ski boat a wakeboarding boat. Not's not easy to make a wakeboarding boat a ski boat."

Just remember just because there is a 2500 rebate does not mean you will get a boat 2500 cheaper than you would have with out it. Usually dealers will sell a boat almost at that price, no one ever pays retail and like when the auto makers come out with the employee pricing, people think they will get a screaming deal, but until the get what their trade is worth, its all relative, unless you can sell your boat outright and by straight out, thats where the deals are made, trust me i am a car dealer.

The $2500 is not coming off the best price you can negotiate with the dealer, it comes off MSRP

Where in southern wi are you? Reeds out near Lake Geneva took me out last year for a test drive and offerred to let be board behind the boat (problem was my board was in northern wi). Also, if you get up the northern wi at all, Plowman's in Woodruff (near Minocqua) looked like they had a pretty good deal on a Nautique on the showroom floor.

The Vs wake wont be a whole lot bigger, but harder.

The 20i is a great slalom boat that can quite simply be turned into wakeboard boat.
