Wow, wish that was my dealer. He still has 2 - 2007 RZ2's and 1 - 2008 RZ2. Then he has two 24Ve's and a few 22Ve's. I think the 20V's are all sold out. Maybe I need to talk with them to find out their inventory and where I am sitting in regards to my boat being sold.

Am I crazy to think that?
That can equalize new inventory, but not used or barely used inventory for some time. If people are still dumping boats on craigslist and such as the economy doesn't recover there will still be a surplus there.

That is my thinking, there will be a large gap between new and used, the new will continue to hold their price, but the used market will plummet. We will see, I am still waiting for a quote on my new RZ2...if it is too high, I will wait and save some money for later.
        Be excellent to one another.

My total guess is that the boat will cost you $72k

Not sure what will happen to the boats after Friday, maybe go to the new dealer? but not sure the new dealer wants the old stock.

I'll take one of those RZ4's. Do they have a website. Have them contact me.

I was thinking about selling my RZ2 at the end of this season just for the simple fact that I would have the only used RZ2 in our market area since our dealer hasn't sold all that many of them. My wife almost hit me when I told her that...she wants to wait one more year.

I talked to the tige dealer in Denver and he said I should get a 22v over the 24v. He says there is only one person capacity different and storage space is close between the 2. A 22v is about 5-7k cheaper than the 24v with about the same options, hours, years. What is better about one over the other?

                      Almost....

Although the capacity rating is only 1 person different, the 24V is substantially bigger and will fit more people comfortably. But it really depends on how you use it. I have 12 people in the boat pretty regularly, so the bigger boat is nice to have. If you have a small crew or family, then the 22V is definitely the boat for you.

Agree with Tall. Bigger is always better when buying a Tige. There is no substitute for room.

I took out a friend last summer who wants to buy mine at the end of 09 when I plan to get an RZ4. Keep them on the hook and you dont need to advertise...

That's because of the way they calculate the capacity according to Coast Guard rules. It has nothing to do with actual floatation ability or seating capacity. The extra 2 feet make a big difference. If you're never out with more than 8 or 9 people, I'd get the 22v. Otherwise, go for the big bertha!

We have the 24, and I have 6 kids. We could fit in a 22, but its nice to have the room. Several times a summer, we can have up to 14. It may hold 16, but 14 is pretty tight. in a 22, it would be too much to be very comfortable, even if legal.

I also really love the wake my 24 puts out, surfing or wakeboarding, and clean at 22mph, evan at 21ish, but def at 22+ it is CLEAN.

If you like powerturning and turning on rails and stuff more, go with the 22, it def will handle better. But for the wake, if you will plan to weight it, you can really sac out the 24.

24 ALLTHE WAY!!! I owned a 22V before my 24Ve and there is no comparison. Ride quality is leagues better in the bigger boat. Loved my 22V, but I love my 24Ve that much more......

Ditto. We are on our second 24V and look to the RZ4 next summer.
