2 questions.....

Anyone know where I can get a 14lb cap for the freshwater coolant resevoir on my 20V? Also what is the red light next to the steering wheel an indicator of on a 2005 20V....thanks!

1. I think you should be able to get the 14 lbs cap at any autoparts store.

2.The red light is a trans lite. it goes out after 1000 rpm or 1500. So it is normal if you are just idle around a marnia to be on.

If I am wrong someone will chime in.

I think the red "TRANS" light is actually for the V-drive. It says "TRANS" on our boat, too, but the sensor is on the V-drive. It is normally ON below 2-3 psi and will go out above that pressure to indicate the gears are getting adequate lubricant flow.
