    vinyl cleaner

I dont want to make this sound like a spam thread, but in feburay,at the last LA boat show I picked up my annual stock up of driven polish and cleaners, this year they had a new product called multisurface cleaner concentrate, good for vinyl, rubber leather, fabric, carpet, plastic. Yesterday was the first time I used it. I mixed up a medium heavy duty ratio, and used it on our vinyl in the boat, I thought our vinyl looked very good, was I wrong, this cleaner, t was unbelieveable, It made the white, look like it was brand new, I was very Impressed, so I would recommend Driven products to anybody.

The issue with most cleaners is whether or not the stitching (usually made of cotton or some other fiber) can stand the harshness of the cleaner.

That is why the new Fantastik is no longer recommended, because they made it 'antibacterial' by adding something new, and that makes it not as easy on the stitching.

I am very cautious about using only the things on the approved list that came with my boat.

Is Driven on the list? It sounds like a terrific product.
    Be excellent to one another.

I dont if driven is on the list, but they do have line of marine products, after cleaning we followed up with thier vinyl conditioner and protector. Thanx for giving us the heads up on the fantastic, because I heard when cleaning boat covers not to use laundry soap, but to use fantastic, but I dont know now with the stitching issue. I will follow up on this. Thanx again

What's the deal with Fantastik? The info I got with my 08 reccomends only Fantastik and formula 303. Now you got me worried because I just did the first good seat cleaning yesterday.

Has the Fantastik issue been discussed recently as far as not being recomended by Tige? I could not find anything.

I'm sure Tige won't put out a don't use warning.
