    Thats a great question.............

Would tige replace the pylon if it got riped out under normal operating conditions?

I know when I ski I put a ton of pressure on it, I'm 260lbs

They will probably say that the pylon wasn't tightened so they wouldn't honor the warranty.

        08 RZ 4 Pylon

Hey guys sorry for the late entry but I just found the thread. I can say that I was amazed and very disappointed when after very little slalom skiing and a few pulls of the tube (small kids) that I had the "custom" graphics around my pylon on the ole RZ 4. I kept tightening the nut and it kept getting loose. I thought the threads on the nut or bolt were stripped, but it was the nut embedding into the fiberglass. I put a piece of 3/4" plate steel under it (2"x9") and tightened the sh** out of it and now we can tow our pet rhinoceros with no problem.
