What canyon were you in?

We were in Gunsight. The shot in the beginning of Gunsight was the veiw from out beach. The first slide with cliffs in the background was in Face Canyon.

Water was about 75-77 degrees.
Air was 73 at night and 94 during the day.
Being on the east side of cliffs helps with afternoon shade.

The only annoying thing was the amount of bugs. Don't know what the best way to avoid this would be.

So jealous right now, I wish it wouldn't take me three days of non-stop driving to get there each way. I miss shore features taller than 4 foot seawalls! That looks like you had a great time. I think we'll have to move back west one of these days, all you western boater's pictures make it more tempting to get on monster.com every time I see them.
