I think they are just banning it because people are bitching about alittle bit of water washing up in their yard. I never get enough of it here and people complaining about wakeboard boats.

What about if you have a catalytic converter. Doens't that cut down on CO emmissions. I can't stand these blanket laws that don't take anything into consideration.

I have a cat on my boat and it makes a huge difference.
