LOL - it was my wife who wanted to head out due to the lightning that was going on farther up the lake. We got a warning from the ranger when we first got there. It was sprinkling and she told us that the first storm would blow over and then we would have ~2 hours of clear skies (we did) and then the next storm would move in and it would be ugly with 60mph winds predicted (no thanks!).
