Hey dont get me wrong,, I also believe making suggestions on things that can be changed. But when this boat has been out for 10 minutes I want to be positive.
The tower has been pushed forward to give you room to enter the boat unlike the illusion tower. Plus it is also alot taller then the illisuion tower. I too am wanting to see the bimini on it, like the rest of you. But change is good, and it is the bling that everyone has been wanting. I.E. Interior with more color options!
I do understand that the Ve tower is still available for all that dont want to make a change to the new tower.

I really look forward to seeing some live and in person shots from Portland this weekend. And then to see one in person this fall....

I can only hope...

It looks like it swoops back just enough to help get the tower speakers out of the ears of the occupants, but that will have to be seen in person to be sure.

Does anyone know if this new tower will fold down? I am surprised that I actually like it the more I look at it. The increased visibility is just amazing.

Who cares , it's usually because they are Bu Hu'ing because they realize that their boat isn't quite as nice as they thought it was. We all wish certain features of our boats were better.

I gave my neighbor a spare set of Wet Sounds XS-650s to try because he wasn't happy with the way his Rockford Fosgate system was sounding in his brand new Wakesetter. The whole reason he bought that boat over a 24Ve was that it had a better stereo. A single set of XS-650s in his existing tower cans were way louder than the 2 pair he had on the tower. He had just resigned himself to upgrade all his speakers with Polk Momos, but now they are going back as well. He was unhappy with a few other things as well.

His wife would shoot him if he went and got a new boat, so we'll be working on gradual upgrades to his boat that we can slip in under the radar

Back on topic:

A really cool bimini to go with that tower would be a T-top style with built-in surfboard racks that would drop down (kinda like my favorite feature of the Roswell tower). Especially if the bimini was stout enough to stay on there at highway speeds.

Any word on the stereo (head unit)? Did they goto something like Malibu has with no cd player?

So the graphics are in the gel, or they are vinyl. Looks like vinyl to me?

I do like the integrated lights, nice execution. A lot nicer than MB's attempt on the Tomcat.

I like the the lights and tower on the Tomcat. I think it is a very nice execution of a low profile not in the driver's view low distraction tower.

I haven't seen this tower in person, but the only thing I do not like about the bu illusion tower is the bimini and the way it sits. If Tige' worked out a nice mount and look on the bimini, they may have a wiener.

Is the Z1 staying the exact same, didnt think i saw a picture of that, maybe i am missing somthing, i kinda like the tower, but being i have a 20V, doesnt look like i am dated to much yet.
